When using the Web of ecoart-didactic.com, the visitor becomes user of ecoart-didactic.com and it expresses its total acceptance of all and each of the following norms:
1 GENERAL NORMS

2 PRICES
2.1- The published prices are valid except in case of type error or by any involuntary error of ecoart-didactric.com I which an item does not have any price (price 0 €). In that case, ecoart-didactic.com case it will not accept the order.
2.2. - The price of the items are without taxes. The taxes to be applied to art works is: 7%. The customer will have to pay the expenses of shipment that are detailed in point 5.
3 CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
3.1. - The payment, that takes place by Card (of Credit or Debit), must be made in advance and changes are not admitted, neither returns nor reimbursements.
4 SHIPMENTS
4.1-Delivery time will be approximately of two weeks
4.2-Ecoart-didactic.com will not send any product until the Department of Administration of ecoart-didactic.com has verified that the payment has been done.
4.3-The delivery will be considered as finished when the customer has signed the document of delivery reception after receiving the products. The client will verify the products and set out any claims in the document of delivery reception. If the package has undergone some type of damage, the customer will have to warn the transport company within the 24 following hours to communicate the incidence in case of not making it ecoart-didactic.com will not assume any responsibility.
4.4- Ecoart-didactic.com will not accept claims after 20 days from the date of invoice.
4. 5 - Ecoart-didactic.com is not committed to any urgent shipment. The delivery times Ecoart-didactic.com are approximate and Ecoart-didactic.com strives in respecting them. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order. nor indemnification.
4.6- El User is committed to facilitate correct information of name and address for the shipment of the merchandise. If the customer gives the incorrect information, the customer will have to pay the expenses of a new shipment.
4.7- Ecoart-didactic.com is not responsible for the possible delays of the transport company, nor for the absences in the delivery address.
5. – TRANSPORTS
5.1- The shipment expenses are as follows
-National Shipments, up to 10 kg: 15 €
-International Shipments: up to 5 kg
- Europe 49 €
- The USA - Canada 67 €
- Rest of the world 99 €
The cost of the shipments that exceed these amounts, will be accorded by telephone or electronic mail.
